Lyon season 2024-2025

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
- Any entitlement to a discount must be supported by documentary evidence.
- Bookings are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- The booking fee must be paid for all bookings, except for members.
- Tickets not paid for within 10 days of booking will be put back on sale.
- Tickets cannot be taken back. If you are unable to attend, you may exchange your ticket for another programme in the Lyon season, subject to availability.
Exchanges are accepted for an amount equal to or greater than the price of the original ticket, excluding postage costs, with payment of the difference.
In the case of an exchange for an amount less than the initial order, the difference will not be reimbursed.

MODIFICATIONS:
No refunds will be given for changes to the programme, cast, date, time or venue.

LATECOMERS:
Concerts start on time.
Out of respect for the artists and spectators, latecomers will not be entitled to their numbered seats and will be placed according to accessibility at a time deemed appropriate by the reception staff.

It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record during the concerts. Please turn off your mobile phones.
